Nokia Lumia 900 – First Nokia LTE Phone

Nokia has released its first LTE phone (for AT&T LTE network, as of this writing)- the Nokia Lumia 900. This sleek LTE Windows Phone targets the U.S. market and its release is timely because AT&T LTE networks and its related services are in expansion.

Lumia 900 has a 4.3 inch-wide screen with AMOLED ClearBlack display at 800×480 resolution. It runs on Windows Phone Mango 7.5 with 1.4 GHz single-core processor. It has 16GB internal storage and 512MB RAM.

It has 8-megapixel rear facing camera with Carl Zeiss lens and 1.3MP front cam for video conferencing, supports autofocus and has geo-tagging features. Its design appears to adopt Lumia 800′s but with some improvement. Nokia Lumia 900 supports HTML5 and Adobe Flash and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Protection. Its battery is rated (1830 mAh) for seven hours talk and 300 standby.

Real 4G internet speeds can be available for you when you are an in area where AT&T LTE networks are deployed. It can just switch to 3G or HSPA system when you move outside LTE network coverage so there is really no disruption of internet service. This might be your option if you are considering an LTE handset that supports mobile high-speed internet access with other advanced multimedia features and applications.
